The Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians (HBMI) has a position available for a primary care provider at the Maliseet Clinic. The primary care provider in this role will offer Primary Care services in the specialty of Family Practice. These clinical services will be provided to eligible clients of the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians.
This is a unique opportunity for the right person. The Maliseet Clinic is a thriving, community- based care center.
Qualifications: Must possess a valid and unlimited license to practice medicine in the State of Maine. Must possess a valid Federal Narcotics DEA number . Must be eligible to be enrolled as a Participating Provider for Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payer insurance programs.
This is a contractual arrangement or potentially part to full-time position with the Tribe.
